I have a 2023 F-350 dually, will the Air Lift load lifter 7500 XL ultimate air helper springs - rear axle Item# AL89DQ fit my truck? If not do you sell another brand that would fit?

Sorry Art, the Airlift item # AL89DQ do not fit the duallys and Air Lift does not have an alternative product that does. However, I have a set of Firestone airbags with an identical capacity that do fit the dually models of the 2023 Ford F-350 so long as you have 4WD. There are no options for a 2WD F-350 in this high of a capacity that are compatible with in bed hitches.

They are the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs item # F95FV. These air bags have a 7,500 lbs capacity that will keep the rear end of your F-350 level when you are towing a trailer or hauling a heavy payload. All mounting brackets are custom fit and all necessary hardware is included for installation. These air bags are compatible with in bed hitches so you don't have to worry about drilling.

I have linked an installation video below to help you get them set up. The video is on a 2019 F-450 dually so it'll give you a great idea of the process involved or help walk you through it if you plan on doing the installation yourself.

I also recommend adding the Firestone Air Command item # F99VV to your truck. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags individually from your phone. Additionally, this air compressor is rated with a high enough PSI to fill the Red Label Air Bags item # F95FV. Firestone 7,500s require a higher PSI rated compressor.
