Hey George thanks for your question. The Carr Transit Step # CARR451001 is confirmed to fit the 2015-2023 Ford Transit T350. We have not had the chance to confirm fitment for the 2024 model quite yet, so while it is not guaranteed, the Carr Transit Step # CARR451001 is most likely going to fit the 2024 model just fine.
I suggest you take a look at the instructions and/or the install video I have linked below. As far as I am aware the frame on the 2024 T350 would be the same as previous model years. You will definitely want to take a look and make sure nothing was added that would prevent installation of the step such as AC lines or indents on the frame. I have attached a few pictures below that show examples of the mounting location.
