You list 2 class 2 11/4 hitches for a 2024 NON hybrid Crosstrek.36644 and C12184. What are the differences?

The Curt hitch part # C12184 that you mentioned is the better option for your 2024 Subaru Crosstrek and what I would recommend. The big difference is that the hitch opening is attached to the bottom of the hitch crosstube which allows it the be a lot more hidden once installed. This means that only the hitch opening hangs below the bumper instead of the Draw Tite part # 36644 which has the entire crosstube hanging below the bumper as well.

The Curt also has a shorter install time listed although I kinda doubt it would actually be much different.
