Yes, it will so long as your 2023 Ford F-350 doesn't have dual rear wheels. It won't work with the dually models since there is a larger front mounted auxiliary cooler that interferes with installation.

The EcoHitch Hidden Front Hitch item # 306-X7904 has been confirmed to fit both the diesel and gas engine models of the 2023 Ford F-350. It has a 2" receiver that extends out behind your front license plate. This hitch comes with a license plate bracket incase your state requires both front and rear plates.
