Is there a front hitch for my 2023 Ford F-350 from EcoHitch? I've seen their installations and I like how hidden it is.

There is!

The front EcoHitch receiver that fits your 2023 Ford F-350 Super Duty is part # 306-X7904 on our site and gives you a 2" receiver for you to work with. I really like this design as well since you don't have to cut into your lower fascia and potentially lower your ground clearance either.

Attached is an installation video as well as a photo of this on a 2021 F-250 for you to reference, but please note that if your Super Duty has dual rear wheels then you need to go with a different hitch solution and for that I recommend the Draw-Tite # 65076 since it's the only option that will fit.
