Question:
I just rebuilt an old Livestock trailer. It has two 3500# axles 5 lug wheels with 7.00x15 LT tires. My question is what size tires do I need, what load range.

I have a solution for you, but the 7.00x 15 LT tire size you have is a light truck tire size. LT tires should not be used on trailers although some do without issue. Trailer tires are designed with a thicker sidewall that can accommodate higher air pressures and the weight of the trailer load. Trailer tires should also be inflated to their maximum pressure that is stamped on the sidewall. The trailer tires that we carry are not intended to be used at speeds over 65 miles per hour, unless stated otherwise on the tire.
The tire size ST225/75 is basically the same size as the 7.00x15LT except the ST at the beginning of the tire size stands for Specialty Trailer so it would work better for your trailer.
If you are looking for replacement wheels and tire you need to first determine your wheel bolt pattern. I attached an FAQ on how to do this. Most likely you have a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern but you will want to verify this.
There are 3 wheel/tire combos available that would work well for you with the only differences being the style of wheel. For a white wheel you would want part # AM32459 or for a galvanized wheel you would want the AM32468.
If you only needed a tire you would want part # AM10251.
