i have a 24 silverado 3500 dually, also a companion 3500, using the turnover ball that was pre installed from gm factory, the hole in my bed is round, the hitch uses a square and i cannot find a round turnover ball, do you have them?

We do not because that does not exist. Your B&W Companion Hitch item # BWRVK3500 is only compatible with B&W's Turnoverball systems due the square receiver you are referencing. The only way to make this hitch compatible with the puck system in your new 2024 Chevy Silverado 3500 is to swap out the base with item # BWRVB3715.
The Replacement Base item # BWRVB3715 has the mounting legs built into the bottom that mount to the four in bed pucks of the GM factory puck system. It allows you to reuse the head portion of your Companion item # BWRVK3500 hitch and converts it into a B&W Companion item # BWRVK3715.
