Hey Earl! You can use the Curt E16 with the prep package in your 2026 Ram 3500. What you need is the Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ S20 Slider for Ram Prep Package # C99DQ. This includes the E16 slider and the adapter to mount it in the puck system on your truck. If you already have an E16 designed to mount on ISR rails all you need is the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch # C29BR.
