Will this hitch BWRVK3710 accommodate a Reese Sidewider pinbox with wedge to use a turninginch pinbox?

Yes, it will. The B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch item # BWRVK3710 will work with the Replacement Wedge Block for Lippert Turning Point Pin Box item # LC79UD on a Reese Sidewinder. However, if you don't already have the Turning Point Wedge it's best to use the 5th Airborne Custom Wedge for B&W Fifth Wheels item # SWW-06.
