I do have a potential option for you, however the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch # 65076 is not confirmed to fit the 2023 Ford F-550. Since there is no custom fit option, your best option is going to be with a universal model like the Draw-Tite Multi-Fit Trailer Hitch # 5350 that will require some drilling.
This particular hitch features adjustable brackets that allow it to fit frame rails that are 24" to 46" wide. The brackets will get bolted to the frame to provide you with a crosstube and 2" receiver. I just recommend measuring the frame rails on your chassis to make sure this will work well.
I have attached a short video review below that you can also check out, along with a link that will take you to our selection of similar universal-style trailer hitches.
