We do offer a few spare tire carriers which will work for holding a spare tire for a 2019 Ford F-350. Most of what we carry will be hitch mounted carriers like part # e98ZR. There is nothing that is made specifically for a Royal Truck Rack. We do have the Stromberg Carlson Spare Tire Carrier # TR-2, which is designed to fit a 4" or 4-1/2" square crossmember. There is also the Buyers Products Truck Spare Tire Carrier # 3375201010 which can be bolted or welded to a location of your choosing, and will work with rims 19-1/2" or smaller. So while this may not be directly compatible with your truck rack, this will be the closest thing we can offer.
