I have an Ember 201 FBQ .. one thing caravans over seas have that American don’t is parking breaks. Are there any aftermarket solutions to do that?

Since your Ember has electric brakes there wouldn't be a parking brake adapter available for it, but you could lock the wheels with a pair of wheel chocks like the Super Grip Chock Wheel Stabilizers # UF21-001091. These sit between the your tandem wheels and tighten in place to prevent movement of your trailer. I've attached a short video below where AJ will show you how they work.
