To replace your 20.5 x 8 - 10 trailer tire you'll need a size 205/65-10, and for a 6-ply that is on a 5-bolt wheel use the following:
- Kenda 205/65-10 Bias Trailer Tire with 10" White Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range C # AM3H390
The # AM3H390 has a 1,100 lb capacity (meaning two would be 2,200 lbs), so you just want to be sure you have the same 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern. I have added links below to a help article on how to measure bolt pattern as well as a printable bolt hole template if that's easier for you.
Then for electric brakes for a 2,200 lb axle, what is available is the Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 7" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 2,000- to 2,200 lbs # 23-47-48.
These are 7" diameter x 1-1/4" wide so that's what the inside of your drum should be, and mount to a 4-bolt mounting flange with 2-7/8" center to center hole spacing so you'll want to ensure you have that.
