Minimum Flow Rate fora Fogati Tankless Water Heater

Question:

I am trying to get an unused Fofatti instantaneous water heater to work in a friends camper van. Power seems to be connected correctly but I have yet to run the multi meter over it. My concern at the moment is with water flow. What should the flow be in LPM. The unit was installed in the camper van before he purchased it and does not appear to have been used.

The Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater # LSB64FR has a minimum flow rate of 0.5 gal/min and can operate on a minimum of 14.5 PSI, however it's recommended to have 40 to 45 PSI for the best performance.
