Troubleshooting Fogatti Water Heater That Won't Stay on

Question:

I purchased this Motor home right after the Fagatti Tankless heater was installed. I carried it on a trip and I cannot get the heater to ignite and stay on. It comes on for about a couple of minutes and then shuts off. It is keeping the water temp up. The remote is on and appears to be taking the the instructions but no response on the heater.

The reason your Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater # LSB64FR is not staying on may be due the unit not getting electricity, gas, and water. Or, it may also be due to a dirty filter. Ensure the filter has no debris in it, and if there is clean or replace your filter and check again.

Finally, the problem may have to do with low water flow rate. Some tankless water heaters have a minimum flow rate requirement and if that number is not reached, then the heater will not turn on. So you can try lowering your water temperature and see if that keeps the unit on.
