Can HappiJac Camper Tie-Downs Be Installed Over Plastic Bed Liners

There are plenty of people who have installed the HappiJac Camper Tie-Downs # LC182910-182971 over a bed-liner so you shouldn't have an issue. The only problem you could run into is the thickness of the liner might force you to source longer hardware to make up for the extra thickness and you could damage the liner as you torque the bolts down. I've attached a customer submitted picture below where they installed it over a plastic liner.
