My fireplace comes on and runs around a minute and shuts off the lights are still on but no heat??

If the lights on your Furrion Electric RV Fireplace with Crystals # FF30SC15ABL are staying on but the heat is cutting off after a minute it's most likely an issue with the control board and would require replacement, but there are a few things you can try.

Start by removing the unit from the wall and blowing the vents on the top, sides, and back out with a can of compressed air. Once you have any dust cleared out of it plug it into another outlet and make sure there's nothing close to the front of it so the proximity sensor doesn't turn it off and see how long it stays on. If it continues to act up you'll want to reach out to Furrion.
