Troubleshooting a Furrion Fireplace That is Not Putting Out Heat

Question:

the Furrion in my 2022 Jayco Northpoint RV stopped putting out any heat today. It has been working fine up until now. I have only used the fireplace/heater for 2-3 months since having my new RV delivered to me in April of 2022, so its fairly new. Please help me to figure out out to trouble shoot the problem in efforts to fix it. Thanks

There are not a lot of troubleshooting steps for a lack of heat from a Furrion fireplace like the Furrion RV Electric Fireplace # FF30SC15ABL. The only thing listed for troubleshooting is that the thermostat is not letting the fireplace turn on. You would want to ensure that the thermostat is set at a higher temperature than the current room temperature and that there are no obstructions by the ventilation areas.

It is also possible to have the flame on with no heat, so you will want to ensure the heat is on. Lastly, the Furrion fireplaces have a 1-year warranty. So if you cannot get the heat to work, I would recommend reaching out to Furrion or the RV dealer about the warranty.
