On a 2024 Kia Niro i see some trimming is needed of the underbody panel. how much is required?

Only a small part of the underneath bumper panel on your 2024 Kia Niro is needed to install either the Curt hitch that fits, which is the following part number:

- Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C77NR

I added a portion of the instructions which shows the amount, and as you can see it's just a 2" x 4" small section.
