Look for a top cam keeper for a Collin Arndt 2007 Can find one no where. Here is a pic

While we don't have that style of door latch kit, I do have a solution for you with the Cam-Action Lockable Door Latch Kit # PLR258-002 which comes with everything but the bar which is looks like you already have.
I haven't seen that type of latch before so you may have trouble finding the top keeper which is why I referenced the kit above.
