The Hanger Kit # APT3HD is going to be the closest we have to your current hangers. This kit does have the same 2-1/2" front and rear hangers as the Kit # APT8 you found but it has the taller 5-7/16" center hangers which is very close to your current 5-1/2" hangers. This slight difference in hanger size will result in a slightly higher trailer height likely only around 1/4". The old springs likely have more sag than that depending on the age of the trailer.
