Expert Reply:
The Tandem-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for Double Eye Springs - 3-3/4" Tall Front/Center/Rear # APT5 does not have different size shackle straps. They are all 2-5/8 inches from center of hole to center of hole. If your current straps are different lengths, there are a couple of things to look at. The leaf springs may be different lengths, the hangers may not be positioned correctly, or the equalizer may be off-centered. Ideally you can the hangers, springs, equalizer and shackle straps to be consistent for the best ride. I've attached an article and video to assist.
