I want to replace the steps on my 2022 RPOD model 196. What do you recommend?

Based off of my research, it looks like your 2022 Forest River R-Pod 196 came equipped with a manual 2 step setup.
To find the correct replacement, you'd need to just measure the mounting bracket width and pick out a set that you like the most.
For instance, the Lippert Manual Pull-Out Step for RVs # LC432682 has a mounting bracket measurement of 25-1/2" wide x 9-3/4" tall x 12" deep, so if yours matches then this would work as a replacement.
