Parts Needed to Install 7-way and Curt Echo Mobile Brake Controller 2013 Toyota Sienna with 4-Way

Question:

Ive read through several QandA and watched some videos. Can you please confirm the following: I have a 2013 Toyota Sienna SE. I will have a trailer with a 7 pin connector an Aliner camper. I already installed the C56106 Curt harness and 4 way connector. I now would like to add a Bluetooth brake controller and make sure I have auxiliary power for the trailer. I am planning on the C51180 Curt Echo wireless Bluetooth connector. It appears that I can use the ETBC7L 7 way upgrade kit to convert my existing 4 way and to utilize the curt brake controller and provide the aux power. Is this all correct and will it work for my van? Thank you. I really like your site and all the assistance and videos you provide.

Yes you have everything exactly right. Since you have a 4-way installed on your 2013 Toyota Sienna the correct kit to convert it to a 7-way and install the Curt Echo # C51180 would be the part # ETBC7L.

We actually put together the kit part # ETBC7L specifically for use with the Echo so this would be exactly what you would need.
