Wiring Needed For Operating Tail Lights On a 2023 Jeep Wrangler When Flat Towed Behind a Motorhome

Question:

I have a 2023 jeep wrangler with factory tow package. I must need something special to hook into the taillights to flat tow this behind our motorhome. I’ve always just run wires from the hitch to the rear trailer plug and fed it in through the factory connector but that doesn’t seem to work. What do I need?

The Curt Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit # C96JR is what you will need to connect your tail lights on your 2023 Jeep Wrangler to operate of the tail lights on your motorhome. This will have a 4-way flat connector which plugs into the motorhome or you can cut off the connector and wire into a 6-way connector if your towing systems uses the larger connector.
