Socket For Hitch Ball on Fastway e2

Question:
I bought a Fastway e2 Round Bar Hitch for a travel trailer. The steel ball has come loose. I also have a 3/4 inch 1 7/8 socket however it dose not fit onto nut , because of the hitch design. Do you carry a different socket or do you know the dimensions of the ball nut to fit a open end wrench. Thank you

The socket needed for the Fastway e2 is the 1-7/8" 12pt Thin Walled Socket # ALL643216.
