There isn't a guide that lists the parts used on trailers so the only way to determine the best replacement bathroom sink for your 2021 Forest River Sabre 37BHT would be to measure the cutout hole in the counter and find a match. The LaSalle Bristol Single Bowl RV Bathroom Sink # 34416305PWA you were looking at has mounting points 1/4" from the edge so you'd need a 19-1/2" wide x 16-1/2" deep cutout hole in order for this sink to fit. if you can get me the dimensions of your cutout hole I'd be happy to look for some possible replacements.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
