If you need a replacement locking anti-rattle hitch pin for your Thule T2 2-inch platform carrier # TH916XTR you can use part # THSTL2 which is shown in the linked video and photo.
This kit includes the threaded hitch pin, lock assembly with both master control key and two replacement keys, and an installation wrench. Instructions are linked for your reference.
