For stabilizer jacks on your StarCraft travel trailer a great option is the Scissor Stabilizer Jacks # TJSCHD-24.
These have a 5,000 lb capacity which is more than enough for your trailer, and have a max extended height of 23-3/4", so you do want to measure from the bottom of your frame to the ground to ensure that is the proper height.
