Looking for a class v hitch to replace the factory one on a 2007 Dodge ram 3500 not a dually will the dt45509 work on this trick

Yes, the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT45509 will fit your 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 with the factory hitch. This is a nice option, but I do recommend instead considering the Curt hitch:

While the Curt hitch will go under your Ram's OEM hitch instead of replacing it, this hitch is a much easier install that does not require lifting the bed off the frame like the Draw-Tite does, and also has a more robust towing capacity at 20,000 lbs. So if it were me I'd go with the Curt # C15809.
