Does Comeup offer a 16’-20’ corded remote for the 4500si? The ones I reviewed are 6-pin connection. Thanks

To get a longer range with the remote on a ComeUp DV-4500si Trailer Winch # CU644501 you need the Wireless Remote # CU880609. I checked with ComeUp and the don't offer any replacement corded remotes for a 16'-20' range like what you're asking about - only the original 10' remote.
