Where do you put the lift handle in the jack when switch doesn’t work

If you remove the cover on the top of the Lippert Smart Jack Electric Trailer Jack w/ Footplate # LC643589 it will reveal the manual override nut so that you can manually raise and lower the jack.

My Lippert smart Jack one touch does not have a manual operation nut in that position. Mine has what appears to be an electrical connection with three slot lbs for a plug.

@BlackE That's odd. Typically the manual operation nut is directly over the leg as it is inline with the interior screw. I have not heard of this not being the case before. Is there any way you could send a couple pictures of your jack to [email protected]? If there are any stickers or labels, that might help me figure it out faster.
