The Curt EZr Double Lock Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch with Installation Kit # C65HR includes brackets to install it on your Chevy/GMC truck. If you look at the attached picture, the lower part is the Curt EZr Double Lock Gooseneck Installation Kit for Chevy/GMC. This has the brackets and hardware required for installation.
