Does the 31604 front mount hitch receiver mount fit the 1999 Dodge RAM 2500 Diesel with 4 wheel drive?

Curt Front-Mounted Hitch, part # 31604 works for most versions of the 1999 Dodge Ram. It fits all models of the 1999 Dodge Ram as long as it is not the Sport model.
