The best hitch for you 2024 Subaru Crosstrek is the etrailer Hitch item # e98912. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Subaru with included hardware. It is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver that has a 3,500 lbs towing capacity.

The reason this is the best hitch is because the crosstube mounts completely behind the rear bumper. This leaves only the 2" receiver visible. Not only does this help with ground clearance but it also looks so much better.

For a wiring harness you will want the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness item # C56040. This harness is custom fit and attaches to your Subaru's existing wiring without cutting or splicing. It will provide you with a 4-flat connector that is capable of controlling a trailer or accessories lighting functions.
