Question:

Looking to add brake controller to 2023 Winnebago ekko. Has hitch and 7 pin connector. Does the factory transit chassis have the 12 Vdc power to the 7 pin plug? Does the chassis wiring have a plug already under dash to plug controller into? Didn’t pick up the motor home yet so can’t check and dealer has been zero help. Thanks

I can definitely help set you up. The factory 7 way plug will have 12v power from the factory. There will not be a plug under the dash, but you should have the 4 brake controller wires already present. You just need to purchase a brake controller and a universal pigtail. For your 2023 Winnebago Ekko Motorhome I recommend the Redarc Tow Pro liberty # RED24FR. You can use that with the pigtail # RED69FR. Redarc makes a great quality controller. It uses a dash mount knob for controls, and the rest of it is completely hidden.
