Question:

I am missing a roller on my 2010 load-rite. The rollers say Yates 500 on them however they seem to mount differently. Any help is appreciated!! I’ll post a picture of my setup.

There are different Yates 500 rollers available and they typically have different attachment hole diameters. Looking at the pictures you sent in, it looks like you have a cap that feeds through the front of the roller and attaches using a Wobble Roller Retainer Ring # CE10981 to hold that cap onto the shaft.

You just need to remove the retainer pin to pull of the cap to the roller and measure the diameter of the hole. Then you just need to get a roller with the same size hole.

For example the Yates Ribbed Wobble Roller # YR500YW-8PEZ has a hole diameter of slightly under 1-1/16" to fit a 1" shaft.
