Today we're going to review part number YR500YW-9P. This is a Yates Ribbed Rubber Roller. This is a 3-inch wide wobble roller that will replace a worn out roller on your boat trailers roller bunk This is constructed of a thermal plastic rubber material, which will normally outlast your traditional rubber rollers and its also a non-marking, non-scratching material which will not mark up the hull of your boat. It is stronger and more durable than your traditional rubber rollers. It is softer and also more pliant than a polyurethane roller. This part is made in the USA.

Now we're going to do a few measurements on it. The width of the roller as we mentioned is three inches. The diameter on this is 5 inches and it is designed to fit on a roller bunk with a 1 1/8-inch diameter shaft. And that should do it for YR500YW-9P.

Review follow up: Rollers are holding up nicely. Wouldn’t expect much in the way of wear. They make the trailer look good and I don’t have to worry about smudge marks on tge white hull of my boat.

Replaced the rollers on my Karavan trailer with 60 new Yates ribbed wobble rollers from etrailer, installation was easy and quick, roller wasn't Karavan brand but met the specs and works perfect. May be too early to say but based on what I see of these new rollers I expect them to last a long time .

    Since your main concern is the marks on the hull of your boat I recommend going to the Yates TPR Ribbed Wobble Roller. These rollers are constructed of thermal-plasticized rubber which is a non-marking, non-scratching material. It is stronger and more durable than traditional rubber while being softer and more pliant than polyurethane. You will need to find your shaft size to find the correct 5" Rollers.     Great question Brandon, so the yellow part # YR500YW-9P and the blue part # YR500BW-9P are both considered non-marking and have great reputations. Mostly people say they are both just as effective as the other so I would feel confident recommending either but it seems people prefer the blue so that is what I would go with.
