Finding Brake Light Switch for Brake Controller Install 2021 Toyota Highlander

I’m installing this on a 2021 Toyota Highlander XSE, I’ve installed the 7-way connector, ran the duplex wire under the vehicle and up into the engine compartment. I installed one on my old 2016 Highlander no problem. But for the life of me I can’t find the brake stop light switch that connects into the brake controller.

Normally to find the correct stoplight circuit for installing a brake controller you want to use a circuit tester like the part # PTW2993 to test all of the wires that run to the brake pedal until you find a wire that has the voltage when the brakes are applied. If there's nothing there that circuit is present at the third brake light but that's a pretty long distance to get there from the brake controller.
Or you can install a universal brake switch like the part # RM-751000 and you'd get it that way as well.
