Replacement Brakes for 2005 Keystone Raptor 3512
Question:
Hi, Im looking to purchase brake kits for my 2005 Keystone Raptor 3512, but dont know what my axle sizes are. The documentation includes a pamphlet covering a wide range of axles. Do you have a database that has this info? Thanks in advance

I wish we had a database with all of that information but unfortunately such a thing does not exist. You will need to take a look at your axle tags to find out what the capacity is on your 2005 Keystone Raptor 3512. If you aren't able to get it off the axle tags Keystone can probably get it for you with the VIN number. Based on the information that is out there you will need one of the following:
-Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35-SA (3,500 lb axles)
-Dexter Electric Brake Kit # 23-454-455 (4,400 lb axles)
-Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-7-SA (5,200 lb axles)
The 3,500 and 5,200 lb brakes are self-adjusting. The only option for the self-adjusting on 4,400 lb brakes doesn't using the standard measurements on the 4-bolt pattern so they aren't going to fit your trailer. The 3,500 and 4,400 use a 4-bolt brake flange and the 5,200 fits a 5-bolt.
If you can't get the info from the axle tag or VIN, I can help you find the right brakes if you measure the diameter of the axle, get the bearing combination, and find the brake flange bolt pattern.
I have attached some review and installation videos below for your reference.
