Have a 3301 fan-tastic fan which only works when manually opened and then manually closed. However the rain sensor does work as it should. Do I need to replace the whole thing or??

It sounds like the powered lift is no longer working on your Fan-Tastic Vent roof vent. More than likely the motor has gone bad and replacing it will solve your problem. You can use the # FVK6010-81 for white or the # FVK6010-80 for off-white.

The #FVK6010-81 does have a different design. You can still turn the knob for manual operation but you do not have to do the push and pull like the original for it to work.
