Hello, I am looking for 2 7,000 pound Dexter style axles, complete with drums, brakes, bearings, and suspension and mounts. The current spring to spring center is 64, and hubface to hubface without drums of 70.

I wish we had the axle configuration you are looking for but we do not. Best option would be to find a local trailer shop to you who can order in axles custom. We can help with everything else you mentioned though.
Hub/drum # 42866UC3-EZ comes with bearings
For brake assemblies part # 23-464-465 are correct and self adjusting
For a 7k axle leaf spring we have the # e64SR
For a equalizer kit # K71-359-00
U-bolt kit part # CE23003
