Is it necessary to have an air vent to a battery installed on the interior of an enclosed trailer

Batteries should be vented if they are installed in an enclosed area. Using a Battery Box Vent # A10-3300BK-05 will allow gases from the battery to vent outside your enclosed trailer if the battery is enclosed in a box or small area.
