The ride on my Forest River Forester is crap. What can I do to improve the ride quality? It is on a 2023 Ford E-450 chassis.

To help improve the ride quality I recommend installing the SumoSprings Front # SSF-106-47 and Rear # SSR-106-47-1. These will help to reduce shock transferred from the road. They will also help to stabilize the heavy load added from Forest River.
You will also want to install the Roadmaster Sway Bars Front # RM-1139-176 and Rear # RM-1139-147. The sway bars help to reduce body roll caused by the high center of gravity on your Forester.
Finally the Roadmaster Exact Center Steering Stabilizer # RM47MR helps to improve steering feel. It does this by helping to keep the steering tracking straight and not following ruts in the road.
