How to Use a Demco Air Force One Braking System on a 1999 Chevrolet Suburban with Hydro-Boost

Question:
I am trying to setup flat tow of 1999 k2500 Suburban that has Hydro Boost on it. When rolling down the road I place in neutral then shut off engine and the brakes are basically non-existent. I have ordered all the parts using the Demco AF1 and Blue Ox Apollo TB /base plate. Given this situation how does one get normal braking capabilities with the engine off so it functions as if the engine is running?

The Demco Air Force One Supplemental Braking System # DM23MV that you have comes with a kit specifically for vehicles with Hydro-Boost, like your 1999 Chevrolet Suburban. So you just need to install the system using that included kit.
