I need to replace the wiring harness on a Demco KarKaddy SS. It came unplugged while traveling and the wires are frayed and not working.

I do have a wiring harness you can use, but we do not carry a wiring harness specifically for the Kar Kaddy SS # DM9713045. I recommend using instead the Hopkins # HM48240. This will be the same "wishbone" style harness that you have now, so you can easily remove what is left of the old harness, and splice this in in its place. It comes with 20' of wire so you may need to cut it down to size. You can use a few heat shrink butt connectors # like # DW05745-5.

The hub part #DM04369 that you referenced basically just bolts to a flange on the spindle of the Kar Kaddy. Basically you would remove the 4 bolts that hold the old one on and then use them to reinstall this to it.
