Thank you for the pictures, I went through all of the jacks that we currently offer to find a matching bolt pattern and unfortunately was not able to find one with a 5-1/2" x 3" pattern. Looking at the pictures the bolt holes do look threaded but there's not enough space between the bracket and frame to add on a nut to fully secure the jack anyway.

In my opinion the best solution here would be to angle grind the welds of the old bracket and remove it. You can then paint any exposed metal on the frame to prevent corrosion. You can then install a new clamp-on or weld-on jack, with a clamp-on being the preferred option so that you can easily replace it in the future if needed.

For a clamp-on replacement I recommend the Round Swivel Marine Jack w/ Dual Wheel # MJ-1500B-DWL. This jack has a 1500lb capacity and 10-3/8" of travel. It has a zinc finish to help resist rust and includes all necessary mounting hardware. It has two wheels for better maneuverability so you move the trailer around to fit your storage space or into a tight-fitting garage space. When you're hooked up to the tow vehicle it has a spring loaded pin to quickly swivel the jack up and out of the way.
