Question:

Howdy there! I just got a 2024 Subaru outback wagon and I am looking to purchase a trailer hitch. I see your part e25TR. Do yall know for sure that this will fit the 2024 models? Also do you know how high the reciever will be from the ground? My driveway is pretty steep and the old van we used to have would almost scrape the ground and it was about 11" from the ground. Hopefull this one does not ride so low? Thanks in advance etrailer is #1

Yes, the etrailer class 3 hitch # e25TR has been confirmed to fit the 2024 models. We have not got our hands on one yet here at our shop in Missouri, but we have confirmed with the manufacturer that it will in fact carry over to the 2024 models. There have been no significant structural changes from previous model years.

Once installed the receiver will be 16" from the ground. This is measured from the ground to the top inside edge of the receiver. So the lowermost part of the receiver will be about 13-3/4" or so from the ground. If your van was at about 11', you should have no ground clearance issues with this hitch.
