Troubleshooting Furrion Chill Cube Installation With Power But Not Turning On

Question:

Furrion 18 k installation. Unit installed and will not operate. 110 volts ac to the unit and remote has batteries.

Hey James! If you have power to the AC unit # FR49TD and nothing is happening it sounds like the air distribution box (ADB) isn't hooked up properly. Make sure you have power to the ADB, and double check the control harness from the Chill Cube. It is probably best to unplug it and plug it back in to make sure it is properly seated. Did you double check all of your ground connections? That is a pretty common problem as well.

I went ahead and attached an installation video further down on this page. You can use that as a reference as well and compare it to what you did to see if anything was missed.
