To lower the ride height for your Yakima OnRamp Bike Rack # Y36FR I recommend using the Stacked Receiver # 325-GH-304. The Gen-Y Phantom Hitch Ball Mount # GY27VR you found should only be used with Gen-Y towing attachments.
